English Speaking TeleConsultations
In certain situations personal meeting with the doctor may be difficult or not absolutely necessary.
For such cases we are available for English Speaking TeleConsultations.
At times of Pandemic (such as COVID-19) the risk of infection can be made minimal while still getting professional medical advice.
TeleConsultations are interactive verbal or written discussions between the Patient and our Physician. They may include picture materials via web camera or photos. Written records may also be reviewed and incorporated into the Doctors’ professional opinion.
The available electronic channels are telephone, Skype (preferred) and WhatsApp.
Chat consultation with interactive messaging may be done via Skype and WhatsApp.
Email is advised for medical record review only and individual price applies proportionately with the number of pages sent. Verbal discussion or written summary may follow.
Our EU Standard electronic prescriptions can be filled in any pharmacy in Hungary as being retrieved from the National Health Care Cloud. Other EU countries may fill the prescription based on the printed paper copy.
You will receive the printable ePrescription in pdf format via WhatsApp or email along with the Medical Report and Proof of Payment for insurance reimbursement.
If you need only a Prescription for a Medication without discussing your medical problem with our Doctors, then TelePrescription Services may be an option.
These are refined English Speaking, Premium Private Medical Services, personally given by USA Trained and Certified physicians. Fees will be charged.
Pre-payment with Instant Bank Transfer in EUR is preferred.
Bankcard payment in HUF is possible, but may cost more due to exchange rate we give.

Please note, that verbal or written consultations without physical examination will never provide such a comprehensive view of many diseases. Inspection, palpation, auscultation and even smell of the patient may completely change the initial impression about the distantly reported problem. Therefore the Physician may not be responsible for misdiagnosis due to lack of such crucial information. We may record the conversation for quality improvement purposes.
For a Paid TeleConsultation you need to accept our Terms and Conditions then follow these steps:
- Decide how urgently and when you want to talk to the Doctor. Urgent calls, evenings, nights, weekends will cost more.
- See our Price list and Banking Information. Individual prices may apply for special requests.
- Make Pre-payment with instant bank transfer, using a “Reference”, that should be your desired date of consultation with numbers (yyyymmdd) and your name’s initials (XYZ), e.g. 20200325JD (2020 March 25 for John Doe).
- If you insist on paying with Bank Card or PayPal, and accept 30-90 EUR higher fees, then ask for exact HUF quote via email, Skype or WhatsApp. Then you either have to give us an authorization to charge your bank card including details (Card number, expiration, Safety code) or you have to make a pre-payment with your bank card on our website.
- After the payment is completed and confirmed Contact us for the required on-line registration form.
We may call you back if you have a EU phone number. We can also do Teleconsultation via WhatsApp, Viber or Skype.
