TeleConsultation Prices

English Speaking TeleConsultation prices vary according to length, the time of the day, and the level of urgency. Weekends, Holidays are also available but cost more.
Certain age groups need special expertise or attention and therefore additional fees charged.

Writing Prescriptions based on Teleconsultation may be included only in the longer, higher priced services as displayed in the list. Writing prescriptions can possibly supplement shorter TeleConsultations for additional fees.

Our EU Standard electronic prescriptions can be filled in any pharmacy in Hungary as being retrieved from the National Health Care Cloud. Other EU countries may fill the prescription based on the printed paper copy.
You will receive the printable ePrescription in pdf format via WhatsApp or email along with the Medical Report and Proof of Payment for insurance reimbursement.

If you need only a Prescription for a Medication without discussing your medical problem with our Doctors, then TelePrescription Services may be a more suitable option.

Pre-payment, preferably with instant Bank Transfer is expected.
Bank Card or PayPal payments are possible only in HUF calculated at our conversion rates. They require more security measures, therefore consequent administrative fees may be added.

After payment and the necessary baseline patient information (personal and contact details) are received, the Teleconsultation will occur at our Doctor’s convenience, meaning that the patient (requesting party) must be available any time within the given time frame. See Terms and Conditions.

We may charge additional Assistance Fees if extensive explanation, correspondence or chat messaging is required to explain the below prices, due to your failure to read items clearly listed.
