You (Your) means the Customer, Payer, that is making payment.
We (Us, Our) means the Payee, the Service Provider, and the Beneficiary receiving the payment.

We inform you about the exact amount that need to be paid on-line by bank card or transfer for the requested services. You have to enter the given amount in the “Price” or “Amount” field.
On the Bank Card (Barion, PayPal) Payments page you will see the assigned currency.
You need to fill in your data. Important! The bank card holder’s name must be entered.
Use the “Reference” given.
It is absolutely necessary to copy and paste the letters and numbers we give to you:
“nnnnnnLLL” such as “123456ABC“
into the „ Reference „ box on the payment screen.
Without this Reference number your payment may not be identified and may not be valid.
Enter your card data as requested. Proceed with the payment.
You will get a confirmation at the end on the screen and via email.
The Reference number we gave you will be valid for only 24 hours after it was sent to you.
If you do not write the given Reference number punctually in the box, or do not make a payment within 24 hours from the time the Reference number was issued and later you ask us to send you another request for payment, then We may charge additional administrative fees of 10.000-15.000 HUF.
The fees you will pay us are not refundable, even if you are not able to come to the appointment for any reason, as we invest our time and efforts in these arrangements.
At Our Company’s sole discretion we may or may not reschedule the appointment. Rescheduling may happen only twice and only within the first 6 months after your payment date. As a general rule, payments for most Urgent Appointments are not refundable and there is no option for rescheduling.
We will send you an email or call you about the scheduled appointment after your payment was received.
You will get a full refund if we are not able to organize the requested services (appointment) for you.
We may charge full fees for no-shows and cancellation. Additional charges may apply for lateness.
