You (Your) means the Customer, Payer, that is making on-line payment.
We (Us, Our, Our Company) means the Payee, the Beneficiary receiving the payment.
We inform you about the exact amount in the given currency that need to be paid on-line for the requested services. Pay attention to the amount and currency! If you make an unauthorized or erroneous payment to our account, then we may not return the whole amount to you, but will subtract all costs associated with the return process. This may include all transaction fees and our administrative fee of 10 EUR (our equivalent HUF).
On the Bank Card Payments page you will have to choose the assigned currency.
You need to fill in your data.
Important! The bank card holder’s name must be entered.
It is absolutely necessary to copy and paste the letters and numbers we give to you:
“nnnnLLnn” such as “1234AB56”
into the „ Reference „ box on the payment screen.
Without the exact Reference number your payment may not be identified and may be not valid. Not valid payments may be returned only partially, according to section 1.
Enter your card data as requested. Proceed with the payment.
You will get a confirmation at the end on the screen and via email.
The Reference number we gave you will be valid for only 24 hours after it was sent to you.
If you do not make a payment within 24 hours from the time the Reference number was issued and later you ask us to send you another request for payment, then We may charge additional administrative fees of 10 EUR (our equivalent HUF).
The fees you will pay us are not refundable, even if you will not use the scheduled services (you are not able to come to the appointment, not showing up for the Lab or Imaging test, etc.) for any reason, as we invest our time and efforts in these arrangements.
At Our Company’s sole discretion we may or may not reschedule the services. Rescheduling may happen only twice and only within the first 6 months after your payment date. As a general rule, payments for most Urgent Appointments and Services are not refundable and there is no option for rescheduling.
We will send you an email or call you about the scheduled appointment after your payment was received.
You will get a full refund if we are not able to organize the requested services (appointment) for you as they were promised in Our email communication.
We may charge full fees for no-shows and cancellation. Additional charges may apply for lateness.
