Prices and Fees

Our fees may be paid in cash at the time of service or by making a wire transfer to our bank accounts.

Payments with Credit and Debit Cards are available mainly via CIB Bank, Hungary.

Payments with PayPal (and some Bank Cards thorugh PayPal) are also available. Privacy Notice

An official invoice in English describing the services in details is provided upon request.

We accept Medical and Travel Insurance with special price arrangements.

If you are not certain that your insurance policy is accepted by us, then please ask and we will contact your insurance company to establish a direct payment for us.

Prices and Fees are determined in EUR, but can be paid in HUF or USD as well at the daily exchange rate.

Discounted Prices and Fees are available through Cooperating Partners, contracted Insurance and Assistance companies.

Prices and fees may vary according to available private and / or government funded insurance, such as EHIC in the EU.

Health Guard Hungary® makes all possible efforts to have our doctor ready to see patients in a timely fashion.

Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a "no show" or "cancellation" fee, if we are not notified about the cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled and mutually agreed appointment time. Depending on the level of services arranged, these fees may be 50 EUR or more.

Weekend schedule is from Friday 18:00 - Monday 08.00 CET

Evening schedule is 18:00 - 24:00 CET

Night schedule is 24:00 - 08:00 CET

+30 EUR additional File Fee may apply to Third Party Payers
