Please use this option if you are now ordering a new service, or you just received the service

Please do not use this option if the Payer (cardholder) and the Customer (Patient) are not the same!

If the Payer and the Customer are different, then please use one of the payment buttons in the right column!

 

Payment steps:
1. Click on the appropriate "Pay Now" button on the page "Electronic Payments". A new page will then open.
2. You need to enter the "Unit Price" provided by us in the light blue field on the top portion of the screen.
3. Click on "Update Totals".
4. Click on "Continue" to pay with your Credit or Debit Card or log in to PayPal if you have an account.
5. Complete your transaction and make a note of the confirmation number provided to you at the end.

 

An electronic invoice is automatically sent to the email address you provided.

You also have the option to print an invoice after you completed a successful payment.
